Kindergarten Week 27

We have had such a fun week!  We celebrated our 100th day of homeschooling this week on Friday!  My daughter has been looking forward to this day ever since we reached day 90!  We did several activities all about the number 100!

We had a 100th day snack where we had 10 pieces of 10 different snacks!

We did a number search where we found the number 100.

We made a watch...

and glasses...

and a hat!  We also played some games where we counted to 100.  All of the links to the printables above as well as many more ideas for the 100th day of school can be found on my 100 Ways to Celebrate the 100th Day of School post.

At the beginning of the week, we finished our activities with the AN word family.  My daughter showed her fluency of the AN family words by reading these sentence strips.

We also sorted AN words from AT words.

At the end of the week, we began working on our AP family words.  She made this beautiful AP family flower!

In our social studies, we had been learning about land forms.  This week we changed focus a little and began learning about bodies of water!  We finished up this unit with some land form sorting and matching activities.
